Ski properties available for sale
Since first launched in 2001 the ski village at Arc 1950 has been sold in stages. So far, 6 phases have been released and completely sold. At the time of writing (November 2006) the last building, Manoir Savoie, which is an impressive manor house, is already practically sold out however there are still a handful of apartments left, with a wonderful view over the mountains.Both Manoir Savoie and Chalet des Lys will be managed by SAS Radisson with Chalet des Lys being operated specifically as a hotel for exclusive groups/clients. Owners can choose between 2 and 7 weeks personal occupancy per year or for zero personal use if buying purely as an investment.
The lucky few who can obtain one or more of the few available apartments can already start using it as of summer 2007.

Some background info on Arc 1950 Le Village
The first European ski development by Intrawest, Arc 1950 Le Village is built on the last site in the French Alps capable of supporting an entire village. The 60,000m² site is located at the footstep of l'Aiguille Rouge on the slopes of Les Arcs and with open views to Mont Blanc. Intrawest’s development, Arc 1950 Le Village, took home 1st prize in both categories ‘Best Ski Development’ and ‘Best French Apartment’ at the Homes Overseas Awards, London May 2006.Arc 1950’s wholly pedestrian, ski in / ski out village is entirely classified 4 stars and completely self-sufficient with around 40 shops and restaurants (with underground parking for each residence). Designed in traditional Savoyard style, the chalet residences offer apartments, laid out to maximize living space and delivered fully furnished, equipped and decorated. Each residence has its own set of facilities and amenities: swimming pool, sauna, steam-room and fitness room.
