Hotel Damulser Hof

The 4-star Hotel Damülser Hof is an elegant, family friendly hotel situated in Oberdamüls, on the outskirts of the village of Damüls and close to the ski slopes. One of the main ski slopes that leads back to the village runs past the hotel, making it easy to return to the hotel at the end of each ski day.
 


The Hotel Damülser Hof interior offers traditional Austrian style elegance and varied interior, with softly lit public areas given an intimate feel by numerous fireplaces, whilst the more brightly lit and refined dining area with elaborately carved wooden ceiling typifies the variety in the hotel’s decor.

The Hotel Damülser Hof offers a wide choice of comfortable accommodation, which is reasonably priced. The majority of the hotel’s 110 beds are in 40 medium sized double rooms, in addition to which there are 2 single rooms, 6 multiple bedrooms, 3 suites and 3 spacious apartments.



Damüls is one of the most snow sure villages in Austria and the ski area is especially good for intermediates, with lots of wide open and undulating red runs as well as good opportunities for more experienced skiers and boarders to explore some easy off-piste skiing between the pistes. The hotel is about 1km from the Ugabahn ski lift and there’s a free bus running to and from the lift station.

The Hotel Damülser Hof has been refined over time, with partial renovations an almost annual occurrence since the hotel’s construction in 1963. During the course of these improvements, the Klauser family who own the hotel have added a luxurious swimming pool and wellness spa with steam bath, vitality sweat room and Finnish sauna providing the perfect environment in which to relax after a day’s skiing. There are also a range of beauty treatments on offer including the massage.



The Hotel Damülser Hof restaurant serves a good selection of food and drink and friendly and attentive staff provides high standards of service for an enjoyable dining experience. Guests have a choice of two bars in which to relax after dinner and the main circular-shaped bar is a fun place to socialise.



Facilities at the Hotel Damülser Hof also include a fitness centre with weight benches, a treadmill, and ergometer and a bowling alley (skittles), ensuring there are plenty of family oriented activities to choose from.
