Men – Crossover

For Winter 2009 the crossover versatility of products is the new theme of men’s skiwear. Ski clothing expert Schoffel shows impressively how it is done with the Snowjacket – SRP £379.99 – a completely new product, it tends towards a mountain sports garment in finish and make-up, with technical bonding techniques, durable, abrasion-resistant Venturi® 3-layer stretch ribstop material and a hybrid lining concept. The special features, such as detachable snow skirt, ski goggles pocket and Recco, which make this jacket ideal for skiing, are so well integrated that the garment is visually and practically universal.

The insulation is very lightweight, adding to its appeal for a wide range of uses. The back has a lining with excellent moisture wicking properties, while areas sensitive to cold have a lining of warm, cosy fleece. The jacket also has water-repellent zips, a ski pass pocket and a detachable hood. A perfect partner is the Snow Pants M – SRP £279.99 - with a looser fit. The crossover concept is augmented by the possibility of combining the lightweight hybrid jackets either with a Windstopper® Softshell - Finch RRP £169.99 - or a Primaloft® jacket – Thermo Loft M RRP £99.99 - a choice based on the outside temperature conditions.

Men - sporty insulated

The insulated, sporty men’s ski range offers style with very best of technical innovation, sporty lines, exceptional fit and all the features of modern, topquality production methods, using glueing, lasering, bonding and the incorporation of protectors. The end result is lighter-weight jackets whose comfort, technology, look and performance have been even further improved. Top features such as integrated storm balaclava and hand warmers, detachable hood with vision panels, detachable snow skirt, ventilation zips, Recco®, media pocket, goggle pocket with cleaning cloth, mobile pocket, 2 way front zip, zip secure and hand warming pockets including ski pass pocket come as standard features on all Schoffel’s top styles. Superlight to warmth ratio Primaloft® insultion is used in Guard, Saturn and Alpha. Schoffel’s own superior insulation has been improved with a weight reduction of 25%!, while still maintaining the same insulation properties.
