Villa Montfort, St Anton am Arlberg

A brand new development in the heart of St Anton, Kaluma are proud to be able to offer this fantastic 4 star, 20 bed chalet.
 
Involved in its conception, building and development, Kaluma can boast one of the finest chalets in St Anton. Located just off the main street, at the quieter end of the road, the Villa is only 1 minute away from the hustle and bustle of main street - the well known après ski bars and nightclubs, cafes and restaurants, ski shops and boutiques. And being no more than a 5 minute stroll to the lifts and slopes, the Villa Montfort is nothing if not convenient.

All 10 en-suite double/twin bedrooms are decorated with a feature wall, dark natural wood and splashes of colour covering the beds. With a different style of shower in each en-suite as well as two rooms with bathtubs, we offer a selection of L’Occitane products in each room. Complimentary bath robes and house slippers add to the cosy feel of this fantastic chalet.

With a lift connecting all 4 floors and with a superb view of the mountains from each stop, the lift takes you to the focal point of the Villa Montfort, the living room. With a large open fire place providing a warming, homely glow, our guests can enjoy the deep comfy sofas and 3 piece chesterfield suite, perfect for relaxing after a hard days skiing.

Pre dinner and after dinner drinks are served at our fully stocked bar, the only chalet in town to have a full working bar, a perfect meeting place for a catch up with friends. A 48 inch flat screen TV, with DVD player, a laptop computer and complimentary wireless internet offer a modern touch to this cosy, wooden beamed living room.

Our dining room, capable of seating up to 26 people, can also be used as a meeting room and is found on the lower floor. Aged oak tables and chairs provide a stark contrast against the black tiled floor. The fully equipped kitchen allows our chef to cater expertly for our house guests. Dietary requirements are, of course, catered for and menus can be tailored to your groups needs.

A sauna, massage room and double relaxation shower offer a welcoming retreat for aching muscles after a day exploring the varied ski terrain of the Arlberg.



Our staff are chosen not only for their passion for skiing and the alps, but also for their experience and ability to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Villa Montfort team are on hand to serve your breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals, as well of course as to offer advice on the best places to visit in the resort.
