Competition

By entering an Ultimate-Ski.com holiday competition (“Competition”) an entrant agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (and any other rules which Ultimate-Ski.com reasonably determine shall apply to the Competition) and by the decisions of Ultimate-Ski.com which shall be final in all matters relating to the Competition. In addition, by entering the Competition each entrant agrees to receive information from the competition lead sponsors as listed in the relevant Competition description.

1. No purchase is necessary.
2. All entries must include the title, full name and gender of the entrant, postal address, city or town, post or zip code, country and active email address. We also ask you to include your telephone number for prize notification purposes if applicable.
3. All entries must be received by midnight on the Competition closing date as detailed in the relevant Competition description and late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. No substitutions and no equivalent cash value are offered.
5. The Competition prize (“Prize”) is as described in the relevant Competition description.
6. The Competition draw will take place within one week of the published closing date.
7. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
8. The Prize may be subject to blackout dates as described in the relevant Competition description.
9. The Prize does not include ski insurance, spending money, ski hire or airport transfers unless specifically described as being included in the relevant Competition description. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in the prize description including those associated incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize.
10. Restrictions may apply, enquire for details.
11. The Prize must be booked and taken by the end date described in the relevant Competition description.
12. All dates are subject to availability and the sponsors and promoter reserve the right to change elements of the Prize without prior warning.
13. Winner(s) must ensure all conditions of travel are met.
14. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible after the Competition has been decided.
15. Winners agree to participate in all required publicity.
16. Fulfillment of prizes is arranged through third party sponsors. Winners consent to Ultimate-Ski.com passing their name and details to any necessary third party to deliver the prize or prizes to you.
17. Winner(s) may have to complete additional legal documents and return them to Ultimate-Ski.com and/or to the Competition sponsors within 3 working days of receipt from Ultimate-Ski.com Non-compliance or an email notification returned as undeliverable to an address will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
18. The receipt of the Prize is conditional upon compliance of any and all laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of the Competition and any further rules relating to such Competition as ultimate-ski may impose.
18. Winner(s) of the Competitions agree that neither Ultimate-Ski.com nor its employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
19. The identity of the winner(s) will be published on Ultimate-Ski.com. Otherwise for the names of the winner(s), please send an e-mail to info@ultimate-ski.com specifying the Competition name.
20. The Competition is open to all UK resident aged 25 years or over except employees (and their families) of Ultimate-Ski.com and Competition sponsors.
21. No correspondence will be entered into and Ultimate-Ski.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion.
22. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission or for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from transmission and/or computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other similar causes.
23. By entering the Competition you agree that Ultimate-Ski.com may add record you details in our database of registered users and to receive newsletters and/or special offers from Ultimate-Ski.com and travel partners provide always that you shall have the right to unsubscribe.
24. By entering the Competition you agree that Ultimate-Ski.com may forward your data to Competition lead sponsor or sponsors who may wish to send you additional information by email or post and allowing you the opportunity to unsubscribe from any further such communications.
25. Ultimate-Ski.com will not disclose or share your information with any other party except as provide above or otherwise required by law.
