Ultimate-Ski.com Competition and Promotion Terms and Conditions

By entering an Ultimate-Ski.com holiday promotion (Competition) an entrant agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (and any other rules which ultimate-ski determine shall apply to the Competition) and by the decisions of ultimate-ski.com which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. In addition, an entrant agrees to receive information from the competition promoters as listed in the relevant Competition description.

1. No purchase is necessary.
2. All entries must include the title, full name and gender of the entrant, postal address, city or town, post or zip code, country and active email address.
3. All entries must be received by midnight of the published Competition closing date and late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. No substitutions and no equivalent cash value are offered.
5. The Competition prize (the Prize) is valid only as described in the relevant Competition description.
6. The Competition draw will take place within a week of the published closing date.
7. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
8. Prizes may be subject to blackout dates as described in the relevant Competition description.
9. The Prizes do not include spending money, ski/snowboard clothing hire or airport transfers unless specifically described in the relevant Competition description. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in the prize description including those associated incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize.
10. Restrictions may apply, inquire for details.
11. The Prize must be booked and taken by a date described in the relevant Competition description. .
12. All dates subject to availability and the sponsor promoter reserves the right to change elements of the Prize without prior warning.
13. Winner must ensure all conditions of travel are met.
14. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible after the Competition draw/decision.
15. Winners agree to participate in all required publicity.
16. Arrangements for the fulfilment of prizes is through third party sponsors. Winners consent to ultimate-ski passing their name and details to any necessary third party to deliver the prize or prizes to you.
17. Winner(s) may have to complete additional legal documents and return them to ultimate-ski/Competition sponsors within three working days of receipt from ultimate-ski. Non-compliance or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
18. The receipt of the Prize is conditional upon compliance of any and all laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of the Competition and any further rules relating to such Competition as ultimate-ski may impose.
18. Winner(s) of the Competitions agree that neither ultimate-ski nor its employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
19. For the names of the winner(s), please send an e-mail to info@ultimate-ski.com specifying the Competition.
20. The Competition is open to all UK resident and aged 25 years or over except employees (and their families) of Ultimate-Ski and other competition promoters. 
21. No correspondence will be entered into and ultimate-ski reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion.
22. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission or for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from transmission and/or computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other similar causes.
