Ski Beat Promotion Offering Free Skiing for Beginners07-11-08
Chalet specialist Ski Beat has launched a promotion offering more than 50 beginners the chance to ski for free. The offer is available from the 10th January for the rest of the month, and during the weeks beginning 14th and 21st March. Ski Beat has launched the promotion along with three resort partners: La Plagne, La Tania & Meribel, and Plan Peisey. At La Plagne , the Oxygene Ski School & Hire Shop are participating in the offer; at Plan Peisey, Intersport & the ESF are involved; whilst the offer is available at La Tania & Meribel through Ski Higher, the MagicSports Academy and New Generation.
Nigel Oldham, director of Ski Beat, said, ‘We want beginners to join our fabulous sport. In these uncertain times we are working with our resort partners to make it possible: beginners really should not be put off by the cost. We all need the escape that the mountains can offer’.
To qualify for the offer, however, at least one other person on the booking must take equipment with that hire shop and lessons with that ski school, though neither needs to be at the same level as the complimentary partner.
