Bariloche's Cerro Catedral has a large ski area with modern facilities and reliable snow. The ski area has over 62miles (100km) of groomed runs and there are 2,964 acres (1,200 hectares) of skiable terrain, half on piste and half off-piste.

The views from the summit are unchallenged in the Patagonia province and on a sunny day the snowy and picturesque Andes mountain range can be seen for many miles both north and south of the Catedral resort.
