Lake Louise has two good dinner and entertainment options, but for real choice you have to head for Banff.
There are two après-ski outings in Lake Louise
combining dinner with entertainment: the Torchlight Dinner and Ski at
Whitehorn mid-mountain Lodge is a package including an après-ski party
with appetizers, full buffet dinner, live entertainment, and a guided
torchlight ski down the mountain. It takes place two or three times a
week, starting right after skiing and lasting until 8:30 pm. Saturday
nights features the Brewster Cowboy’s Barbecue and Dance Barn, near the
Fairmont Chateau, via a sleigh ride.
Aside from this it’s head for
Banff if you want more choice with plenty of restaurants of every
persuasion. Downtown Banff has more than 100 bistros and fine restaurants including
Japanese, Italian, steakhouses, Tex-Mex as well as cafés, pubs and
delis.
