Méribel has recently introduced the Label Méribel quality assurance program under the auspices of the Tourist Office. Designed to encourage an upkeep of standards, it's well worth looking for accommodation that carries this badge.
Méribel is dominated by chalets, which are usually of a high standard, but there are also plenty of apartments and good three-star hotels. Some are located in the village centre but many more are spread out along the valley and up the east side (where much of the accommodation is slope-side). Accommodation in Mottaret is much more ski-in ski-out orientated but you'll be commuting down to Meribel to eat and drink.
Residence Maeva Le Peillon
Built in a traditional style in the very heart of Meribel, the Residence Maeva Le Peillon is a single building with comfortable apartments that can sleep up to five people. The ski lifts are about 300 m away.

Residence Maeva Le Golf
The Residence Maeva Le Golf is situated in the Altiport area of Meribel. The main resort is about 2km away served by shuttle bus (stop 50m from the Residence), although the slopes are accessible nearby. The comfortable apartments can sleep up to five people.

Residence Maeva Les Bleuets
An authentic Savoy Residence with large chalets, the Maeva les Bluets is located in the heart of Meribel, close to the lifts and shopping centre. The cosy apartments can sleep up to four people and there is a heated pool for guests.

The single building of the Residence Maeva Les Ravines is situated in the heart of Meribel. Built in the traditional wood and stone style, the comfortable apartments can sleep up to four people. Shops are very close by, and the resort swimming pool is just 200m away.

Residences MGM Les Fermes de Meribel
The six small stone and wood built chalets of the Residences MGM Les Fermes de Meribel are located in the middle of Meribel in a quiet wooded surroundings. Guests can ski straight from their apartments towards the Altiport, and facilities include Wi-Fi in all of the comfortable apartments plus the added attraction of a pool and exercise area.

Residence Pierre & Vacances du Tueda
Located in the newest part of the resort, the three star Residence Pierre et Vacances du Tueda's apartments are fully refurbished and can sleep up to five people. Both the ski lifts and the resort are a short walk away, and guests staying in the three savoyard-style buildings that comprise the Residence will enjoy great views of the ski area.

Pierre & Vacances Residence Les Crets
Recently renovated to a high standard, the Pierre et Vacances Crets Residence rightly claims the top rating of '5 Suns'. The enlarged apartments are decorated in contemporary warm colours,and amenities such as Wi-Fi add to the appeal. The Residence is ski in/ski out, and is close to the funicular railway, whilst enjoying a quiet location.
