Nendaz Getting There

Getting to Nendaz is easy. Snowjet offer flights twice a week from London Stansted UK to Sion airport - just 20 minutes transfer from the airport to Nendaz - and there are frequent scheduled flights daily via major airlines to nearest main airport Geneva.
Flying
Nearest airport Sion, a mere 20km from Nendaz, is served by UK airline Snowjet who fly twice a week from London Stansted to Sion and offer reasonable prices. Transfer time is the shortest in the Alps, at just 20 minutes. The nearest main international airports for scheduled flights is Geneva (166km) which is served daily by Swiss.com, BA and Easy Jet. Tranfer time from Geneva is about 1 hour 40 minutes. 

Train
A typical journey to Sion by train from London involves two changes: in Paris and then in either Lausanne or Geneva. The journey time is just under nine hours and costs from £99 standard class return per person. Transfers from Geneva airport to Sion can be made by train, taking about 1h45mins. Driving
Nendaz is 166km from Geneva - about 1 hour 40 minutes to drive or more on busy transfer days. Take the A9 motorway to Sion and take the exit Sion-Ouest towards Nendaz. From there it takes about a quarter of an hour to resort along hairpin bends. If you have driven to Nendaz from the UK (about a 10-hour drive) don’t forget to by a road tax vignette, about £25.
