There are easier “green” routes from
the top of six of Killington’s seven mountains. Great Northern and
Great Eastern in particular offer long green circle trails with
panoramic views along the way. You can start on the 0.75-mile (1.2-km)
long Snowshed Learning Slope. Serviced by three lifts, it provides a
gentle way to begin skiing or boarding.
