Sundance

The ski school is located at the base of the mountain. Group lessons, for which the upper limit is eight people, run from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, or from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The minimum age for children taking part in group lessons is four. Supervised lunch is included for children’s lessons.

Sundance Kids
Sundance Kids is for children aged 4–12 and includes ski instruction and a lift pass. This costs US$45 for a half day (same times as adult group lessons) or US$80 for a full day, which includes lunch. Snowboard lessons for ages 7–12 cost the same as the Sundance Kids lessons. Private lessons cost US$60 for one hour, US$100 for two hours, and US$140 for three hours.

Sundance ski-guide service
A complimentary ski-guide service heads out each day, remaining within the ski area boundaries. The ski school also offers all types of instruction, from racing, moguls, powder, steeps, telemarking and cross-country skiing to special coaching seminars for those who need them.
