Pas del la Casa

Best known for its cut-price stores and Club 18-30 atmosphere than for its skiing Pas de la Casa is both a ski resort and shopping centre.

Without a doubt the number one party resort, it’s also a great place to buy very cheap alcohol, tobacco, perfumes and electrical goods.

The broad piste known as “tubs” runs almost directly into town from Coll Blanc and Port D’Envalira and is covered all day by beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders returning from the Grandvalira trans-valley adventure.

The ski school meets at the bottom of this slope and there are plenty of restaurants and bars clustered around its chairlift. This area is the hub of the town as far as activity is concerned while Plaza dels Vaquers is the epicentre of pub crawls and apres-ski.
