Nassfeld Ski Resort getting there
Nassfeld / Getting there
There are ‘discount’ flights from London Stansted to Klagenfurt via Ryan Air (but not every day) and, for those arriving by plane, there is a free shuttle bus service to Nassfeld from the airport - about 90 minutes. A taxi can be booked through Karnten Transfer (www.kaernten-transfer.at). Bookings should be made before you fly and the taxi firm will still have a driver waiting if your flight is delayed.Less obvious but also fairly close by (90 miles / 145 km) is Ljubljana in Slovenia. EasyJet flies there direct from London Stansted. If neither Klagenfurt nor Ljubljana is convenient, then the next best alternatives are Salzburg or Munich, Salzburg being the nearer of these to Nassfeld. Karnten Transfer also operates transfer services from Ljubljana and Salzburg to Nassfeld.
