St Anton Ski Resort Getting there
St. Anton is easily reached by road and rail. The
main east-west road,
from Switzerland through Austria, passes directly by the village and
puts St. Anton within easy reach of Zurich (200 km/125 miles) and
Munich (250 km/156 miles) international airports. Both involve transfer
times of around 2-3 hours by road or 3-4 hours by international train.
Innsbruck (96 km/60 miles) and Friedrichshafen (140 km/87 miles) airports are closer with good advance booking fares available from UK with Ryan Air and Easy Jet (in winter) respectively, but for international visitors generally Zurich and Munich offer many more international flight possibilities via scheduled airlines.
The neighbouring resorts of St. Christoph , Stuben , Lech-Zürs , and Sonnenkopf are within easy traveling distance of St. Anton by car or regular bus service.
