To help you relax after punishing those muscles, head for the Spa Le Scandinave, with a Finnish sauna, Norwegian steam bath, outdoor jacuzzi, and Swedish massage. Of if you want to keep on punishing those muscles, there are plenty of other sporting activities. Try forest dog-sledding, where you drive your own team of Husky dogs through the Laurentian wilderness, or traditional dog-sledding, where you drive your own team of dogs through snow-covered fields, led by an experienced guide. Horseback riding in winter is a new experience for many and you can do it here.
Challenge yourself to some ice climbing (no experience necessary) or take an airplane tour and see Tremblant from a new perspective on board a Cessna snow plane. A quiet sleigh ride might be up your street—enjoy a cup of hot chocolate while a storyteller entertains you with legends of Tremblant. Take a guided snowshoe hike into the mountains to observe deer in their natural environment. Lightweight snowshoes are provided. Experience the thrill of snowmobiling along literally thousands of miles of forested trails and snow-covered fields. Visit Aventures Neige, and enjoy a whole day of tubing!
Cross-country skiing (ski de fond in French) is particularly good at Mont Tremblant as there is lots of undulating terrain and magnificent vistas along its 62-mile (100-km) network of trails.
