there are many smaller, specialist outfits. Evolution 2 run a very
tight ship and have a private nursery lift at La Vormaine; they drive
beginners from Chamonix town to Le Tour as soon as they are ready to
leave the introductory nursery slopes. For guiding, Mountain Tracks are
a particularly professional outfit.
