La Plagne consists of 10 villages, with Belle Plagne and Plagne
Centre being the biggest. All the purpose-built villages sit in the
main bowl and have their own shops, bars and restaurants. The villages
of Montalbert and Champagny have more character and are a good bet for
families. Montchavin is also a very traditional Alpine village which
has the added attraction of being close to the link to Les Arcs, so
what was once on the limb of the resort is now in the centre of
Paradiski. The nearby village of Les Coches is also a good option.
