Ski Area

The trails are predominantly north-facing with exceptional views. The Remarkables (sometimes known affectionately as ‘The Remarks’) has a healthy population of North island’s native parrot, the Kea, which can be highly entertaining as long as they don’t attack your packed lunch, gloves, or the rubber on your windscreen wipers! There’s music in the main park, and live music and DJs on the deck.
