Intermediate skiers and snowboarders can continue to improve their skills on the 3.2-mile (5-km) Mountain Run, cruising from the upper mountain all the way down to the Base Village. You can test your skills on the upper mountain’s Siberia Bowl, considered an advanced intermediate area of terrain. From the Base Area, ride Red Dog and Squaw Creek for some warm-up cruisers. Then begin working your way up the mountain via the Funitel or Squaw One Express to the wide-open bowls of Gold Coast, and move on to the very popular Shirley Lake area.
