Steamboat has nearly 19,000 beds, including 25 hotels, like the new, luxurious 327-room Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel located in the heart of the Mountain Village, just 120 yards (120 m) from the slopes (though it’s not ski-in/ski-out). This US$80 million complex has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Sheraton and Best Western also offer top-of-the-range hotel, motel and lodging options.

Accommodation from central Steamboat to Steamboat Springs
Most lodgings in fact come in the form of condominiums. Condos start at ski-in/ski-out distance and move away from the ski area back to Steamboat Springs. There are also a number of houses in town that can be rented, as well as B&Bs and catered chalets. Steamboat Central Reservations has all the lodging options and a rating system from 1 to 4 (from limited amenities to the highest level), plus a quality rating from EX (excellent) to NR (not rated) and a price guide showing fluctuations in costs depending on season.
