Friedrichshafen Airport is the fast turnaround gateway for skiers visiting top ski resorts and hidden gems in the Vorarlberg region of Austria, Graubunden in north east Switzerland and the Allgäu.
Glittering winter landscapes, safe ski areas and alluring apres ski, it is all there for winter sports fans to experience in the Austrian, Swiss and German Alps. Whether skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing - the well-groomed downhill ski slopes, off-piste terrain and all manner of Alpine snow fun and action, are waiting in Vorarlberg, in Graubunden and in the Allgäu.
Fly to the ski slopes via the Bodensee Airport
Not everybody is lucky enough to live close to the Alps. Traffic congestion on the roads, black ice on the roads or snow chain requirements in higher elevations all make driving to your ski holiday by car a challenge. And the time-consuming drive is often not worth the effort. So why not travel by air to the Bodensee Airport Friedrichshafen for your next ski trip?
The Bodensee-Airport Friedrichshafen in south-west Germany is close to the border with Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein and is a gateway to more than 50 ski resorts including well-known ski resorts St Anton, Lech-Zurs, Ischgl in West Austria, Davos, Klosters, Arosa, Lenzerheide, Flims-Laax, Savognin and St. Moritz in the East Switzerland, Malbun in Liechtenstein, and Oberstdorf and Oberstaufen in the Allgau region of Germany.
