Chaletfood - the fastest groceries in ski resorts

Launched in 2003/04 in Meribel, Chaletfood is a food provisioning service for self-catering clients who do not wish to have the hassle of buying their own food and drink when they come on holiday.
 

The whole objective makes the experience quick and simple. Orders are placed online on Chaletfood before going on holiday and goods are delivered within one hour of a customer's arrival in resort. Although primarily focused as saving hassle for customers prices are generally up to 10% cheaper than customers buying in resort.

Customers can choose between:

  • Get-you-going 'pick and mix' packages - where customers can order very quickly the basic essentials for their holiday.
  • Comprehensive packs providing a much broader range of requirements.
  • Individual self-select packages - allowing customers to select individual items.

The majority of customers buy packs of goods and thus in a few minutes can order everything they need.
