Situated on a sun plateau in Oberlech the Hotel Goldener Berg lies directly by the pistes at an altitude of 1,700m.

The 43 rooms and suites display alpine charm - some of them still furnished with an open fireplace symbolise sophisticated hotel culture and warm hospitality.

ALPINE SPA
The Alpine SPA, an oasis set in the mountains and surrounded by purest nature is source of balance, of new strength and energy. It includes a fresh water spring bedded on rock, various sauna philosophies like the finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, herbal steam spring, packs, hydro therapy, all kinds of professional body and beauty treatments, massages, a relaxing zone, an open air panorama pool and a gym. The grotto of tranquillity and peace, with it's music and light therapy, contributes to a time-out, and the mountains, the fresh air and the altitude play their own role in regeneration.

The 500 m² SPA area is constructed exclusively from local materials like the Arlberg granite and local spruce.

KIDDY CLUB
Up here with us you won't need to worry about your children. No cars. No fenced-in areas. Here there is space and freedom, here you'll find magnificent, untouched natural surroundings, spacious and benign, softly covered with snow.

We specialize in hosting and entertaining children, simply because there is no more ideal environment than here. You won't find a better place for them. The children eat lunch and dinner together so that their parents can truly relax. After meals, everyone plays together - igloo parties, night-time bobsledding, etc. turn the children's holiday into a very special adventure - and they can romp around to their hearts' content, and not only on the piste!

Crowned with one Gault Millau Chef’s Hat, the well-known and popular à la carte restaurant “Johannesstübli” offers Austrian and international specialities: First class service overlooking the roofs of Lech! The panorama restaurant as well as the „Bergstüberl“ compliment the culinary offer whereas the rustic restaurant Alter Goldener Berg adds to the variety serving great culinary highlights.

During the evening, the ascent from Lech by the cable car is an experience of which an evening spent in our cosy room with fine international and regional cuisine is the crowning glory!

RESTAURANT ALTER GOLDENER BERG, OBERLECH
The quaint and very rustic restaurant Alter Goldener Berg with it’s low ceilings is the oldest ski-schack in Lech. The inscription of the digits 1432 on the gable are visible till today, proving the origin of the house.

Today, the prestigious restaurant comprises many small parlours, among them is a 500 year old parlour as well as a large sun-terrace offering a fabulous view over Lech.

High class Gault Millau level cuisine that matches the rustic interior and alpine atmosphere leaves the kitchen. Guests can choose between regional, alpine specialities or delicacies varying from the classical fondue or even a chinese fondue!
