What did it cost?

Our schedule flight with Aerolineas Argentinias cost £800 return via Madrid where you have to transfer (unless flying with BA which costs about £900) and the flight from Madrid is 12 hours there 10 hours back.
 
For the return flight (£800) plus accommodation, transfers and lift passes the cost for 5-6 weeks skiing came to about £2,400. In the last week we bought lift passes day by day and spent a few days in Buenos Aires.

If your day job prevents you being away that long a 2-week trip on the same (budget) basis would cost about £1,300 including flights, transfers to Bariloche or Las Lenas, accommodation and 11 days of lift passes.
