Meribel / Mountain restaurants

The best mountain restaurants are found around Altiport and Rond-Point. The Adray Télébar (next to the bottom of the Adret chair) has a superb sun terrace, top-class food and service (the plat du jour is recommended) and a traditional salon complete with wood burner and antiques where hot chocolate and vin chaud are served in individual pichets and come with complimentary handmade cakes. The nearby Chalet Marie Blanche is also excellent. Le Rond Point is good for pasta and burgers.

In Mottaret, the nicest restaurants are situated behind the Plattieres lift station.
