Park City doesn’t suffer from waiting line problems, and Jupiter Lift never has a line, even when the rest of the mountain is busy. The four high-speed, six-passenger chairs transport around 27,000 people per hour on to and around the mountain.
Lift passes
Park City's lift passes are available for afternoon visits, night visits, full days and season visits. A full-day pass costs US$67 for adults, US$38 for youths (7–12 years) and US$36 for seniors (65–69.) Children aged six and under and seniors 70 and over ski free. A half-day ticket (12:30 to 4:00 pm) costs around 20–25 percent less than the full-day ticket and night tickets (4:00 pm to 9:00 pm) cost US$28 for adults and US$18 for youths (7–12 years.) Beginner passes (First Time and Three Kings lifts only) cost US$40 for adults and US$24 for youths (7–12 years). For Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons, the pass costs US$336 for adults for six out of seven days.
The new Fast Tracks Pass allows adult full-season pass holders and multiday pass holders (four or more days) access to the mountain via special automated turnstiles in a separate lane on four of the most popular lifts: PayDay, Eagle, Bonanza, and Silverlode. At the time of writing this pass was free, and all you have to do is fill out a simple questionnaire, available at the ticket windows.
The Silver Passport allows access to Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons and Deer Valley (note no snowboarding allowed at Deer Valley), but can only be bought in conjunction with accommodation. Call Park City Mountain Reservations for full details.
