Saalbach Hinterglemm

The three piste networks of Saalbach Hinterglemm and Leogang are linked seamlessly to form one of the great ski circuits of the Alps.

Although the neighbouring Salzburgerland villages of Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Leogang are not quite joined at the hip (Saalbach and Hinterglemm are two miles apart), their three piste networks are linked seamlessly to form one of the great ski circuits of the Alps—an enjoyable and challenging day out for most skiers and snowboarders.

After skiing, Saalbach Hinterglemm has one of Austria’s liveliest party circuits, complete with tea-dancing still in ski boots, which is likely to exhaust any energy salvaged from the slopes.
