Swiss-Discovery

Enjoy ski-safari on the longest runs in the world in the French, Italian and Swiss Alps. Discover Europe on skis and experience a total change of environment, the mountains in all their serenity.

The Swiss Discovery philosophy is “maximum enjoyment in total security”. The mountains are our playground and our professional employees have been playing here for years. With them you will discover magical regions and the charms of nature. A Swiss Discovery trip will bring you total relaxation and “joie de vivre”.

The Valais is a sunny region but is snow covered throughout the winter. Our programmes are decided on a daily basis depending on the weather forecast and snow conditions. Mountain Guides & Safety

The safety and well being of our clients is our highest priority. Our ski instructors and the mountain guides are experts in “Ski Safari” and meet every day to study the weather forecasts and snow stability. The route for each day is set according to skiing abilites and the information from the weather stations.

Our safaris are for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 people per trip. Groups of 7 or more always have two guides. It is important to listen to and follow all instructions given by group leaders. Following instruction and skiing cautiously are the best ways to avoid accident and injury!

What level of skier do I need to be ?

You must to be able to ski consistently parallel on red and black runs as a minimum. Off Piste skiing is a part of ours trip but is determined, of course, by weather conditions.

How fit do I need to be?

It’s not necessary to be a super strong athlete but you’ll get more out of your holiday if you prepare before coming.

Transfers and transport during your trip

You need to get yourself to Switzerland but as soon as you arrive we take total control of all your requests according to your budget. The daily transfers from your accommodation to the ski area will be arranged by Swiss discovery by bus, morning and night.

Meals and Accomodation

Meals are arranged depending on the ski area, breakfast and dinner is included the trip price. Lunches are taken in mountain restaurants and characteristic Swiss lodges.

Prices

Our prices are based on a groups of between 4 and 10 people. Choose your package and pack your sense of humour; the only extra money you’ll need is for drinks outside of meal times and souvenirs.
