Lodging at the Village at Northstar is generally very high-end. But the exquisite accommodations come with a hefty pricetag. Expect to pay, but expect quality.

Located mid-mountain, at the top of the gondola, the hotel couples ski-in/ski-out convenience with world-class luxury.
Northstar Lodge ¬ Hyatt Residence Club is an excellent option for those looking for high end luxury accommodations in the village. Unlike the Ritz-Carlton which is located at mid-mountain, Northstar lodge is conveniently located slopeside, in the heart of the village.
Numerous condominiums are available for rent in the village. There is a distinct difference between condos that were built during the resort’s facelift and those before. Condos built prior to the Village at Northstar are generally spartan, but affordable. Those built as part of the renovation are truly top notch.

The houses are scattered throughout the resort, with access to skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. All of the houses are located on beautiful wooded lots, and some boast spectacular views of Martis Valley. Rooms and condos are not named, but on the website you can check out what you are getting. The houses are named, and range from three bedrooms with two bathrooms through to five bedrooms with three bathrooms.
