Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Saas-Fee
Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Saas-Fee – the main ski school – is situated in the centre of the village. The office is open on Monday-Friday from 08:30-11:00 and 15:00-18:00, Saturday from 15:00-18:00 and Sunday from 09:30-11:30 and 15:00-18:00. The ski school has over 60 ski instructors offering group tuition in groups of 5-10 and six different ability levels as well as private lessons in skiing, snowboarding, telemark and freestyle for adults and children. Beginners’ courses start on Sundays and Mondays. The ski school has three meeting places, one at the village level near the ice beginners ski area and two on the mountain.
They also own and operate the Snowli Swiss Snow Kids School and entertainment program for children. There are separate tuition and childcare plans for children aged 3-4 years from 09:30-11:00, 4-6 years (with 4 ability levels) from 10:00-13:00 Monday-Friday and for children aged 7 years or over mornings only from 10:00-13:00 or all day from 10:00-16:00 including lunch care, ski race and winners award ceremony including a medal.

Eskimos Ski & Snowboard School
Eskimos Ski & Snowboard School offers instruction in small groups of 4-6 people and privately. Eskimo main office in the centre of Saas-Fee is open daily from 8:30-12:00 and 13:00-18:00. The ski school has four meeting places; one at village level behind the ice rinks, close to the beginner lifts Kalbermatten and three on the mountain at Morenia, Felskinn and Feechatz. Eskimo pupils are allowed a 10% discount on ski and snowboard hire at Cesarsport and Popcorn. Freestyle lessons are also available.

Optimum Snowsports School
Optimum Snowsports School offers lessons for children and adults in small groups (maximum 6) and privately with a choice of Starter Lessons (3 x 6 hours) for beginners, Performance Lessons (4 x 3 hours) for those with limited or lots of experience wanting to improve and Technical Lessons (3 hours on Wednesdays) for those wanting to push their skills to the limit on bumps, carving or freestyle. Mountain Guides in Saas-Fee
There are three guiding organisations in the valley offering similar guided tours and off-piste days in Saas-Fee. Options include lift-accessed skiing off-piste, short ascents (max 2 hours) to isolated peaks and passes and longer off-piste descents, ski touring from Saas-Fee to Zermatt, snowshoe trekking on the glacier to the Britannia Hut and the Alpine Gorge via ferrata. You can either turn up and join a group or, with enough people/funds, take a guide for a private group.
