There are no lodgings in Alpine Meadows itself, but inns, hotels, condos and lodges in Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe are easily accessible.
There aren’t any lodgings at the resort itself, but the many inns, hotels, condos and lodges in Tahoe City and around Lake Tahoe are easily accessible. Sunnyside, on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, is a good spot, close to the mountains and with great lake views.
River Ranch, at the bottom of the Alpine Meadows road, is in a great location with beautiful river views, après-ski bar with a roaring fire, popular with the locals, and a fantastic dinner menu.
