Verbier Ski Schools
The Swiss Ski & Snowboard School, La Fantastique and Adrenaline have run ski lessons in Verbier for a number of years, and also provide guiding. In the last few years a number of specialist operations have opened up. One of these is European Snowsport, a small English-run ski school that offers both ski and snowboard lessons as well as excellent ski clinics (for moguls, carving, off-piste, ladies-only and freestyle) as well as programmes for children and teenagers. The Warren Smith Ski Academy has a long association with Verbier and is well known for its innovative teaching approach, helping skiers to take their skiing to the next level.
Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Verbier
The biggest ski school in Verbier, the Swiss Ski & Snowboard School employs approximately 120 ski instructors and 25 snowboarding instructors, all highly qualified (level 3) and offers a typical range of instruction, private or group lessons (maximum size eight people). Specialist ski programs include advanced training for children aged eight to 14 years on all aspects of ski racing, freeriding and safety for aspiring future champions in partnership with the Freeride World Tour.
