Soll Ski Schools
Ski & Snowboard Schools S0ll Hochsoll
The first and the largest ski school in S0ll, the Ski & Snowboard School Soll Hochsoll was founded in the late 1970’s and has long been ranked as one of the best ski schools in Austria and accredited with the new “Snowsport Tirol Quality Award” awarded to only the very best ski schools in Tirol. Sepp and G?nter Embacher head a team of 60 or more ski instructors offering skiing lessons for all levels and all ages including: half day courses (2 hours daily), including ½ day trial lesson and courses of ½ day lessons for either 3 or 5 days, full day courses (4 hours daily) for 1-5 days and with the option to extend 3 days courses to 4 or 5 days, VIP group lessons for 3-6 people for 1-3 full days and private instruction including special skills such as carving, telemark, powder or new school.
The main office is situated outside Aparthotel Bergland, opposite Ski-Center Stoll en route to the gondola bottom station. Office hours are 8:30-17:30 daily except it is closed for lunch between 13:00-15:00 from Monday – Friday. Lessons for all are from 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 or 13:30-15:30 from day 2. There are two ski school meeting places for adults – one behind Ski-Center Stoll and another near the gondola middle station on Hohe Salve – and a dedicated ski school meeting place for children – Monti’s Kids Club – on the mountain between gondola stations Hochs?ll II and Hohe Save I. The ski school week and new lesson groups start on Sundays. Adult ski group classification is at 10:00 am on Sundays at the meeting place behind Ski Center Stoll. Advanced skiers may join groups any day until Thursday, children and adult beginners may join groups on request and Fridays and Saturdays are for private lessons only.
Child care and ski school options for children include “Bambinis” first steps on skis for children aged 3-5 years and “Kids & Teens” for children aged 5-14 years. Monti’s Kids Club at middle station on Hochs?ll includes a dedicated children’s area, a conveyor (magic carpet) lift, ski merry go round and nursery slope with fun characters and learning aids. Child minding including lunch is also available at modest extra cost.

Soll Mountain Guides
There’s very limited off-piste skiing apart from skiing between the pistes and hence there are no specialist mountain guiding companies operating in Soll.
