Chalet Alpina is quietly located within a short walk of the centre of St Johann and a ten minute walk – or short bus ride – from the St Johann ski area. The Alpina offers ten Tirolean-style self-catered apartments and free access to nearby spas and swimming pools.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, private bathroom and cable TV, giving guests the choice of cooking at home or experiencing the choice of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast is available at the nearby Hotel Tyrol for a surcharge.

Guests are also given free access to the Hotel Tyrol’s spa area, 50 metres down the road, which includes a sauna and steam bath. Similarly, guests are able to use the indoor and outdoor pool at the nearby Panorama Badewelt, as well as the nearby indoor and outdoor tennis courts.

The free ski bus to the main Harschbichl ski lift offers guests an alternative to the ten minute walk.
