The Chedi Andermatt is at the heart of the establishment of Andermatt’s new status as an alpine exclusive resort.  It has pushed the boundaries of alpine design in hospitality with a contemporary evolution of the traditional Swiss mountain chalet. The large Chedi is a truly sumptuous place with some spectacular features. Perhaps comparable in the new order of recent large contemporary boutique hotels like the W Verbier, the Chedi renders its 5-star rating almost redundant. The hotel is tastefully presented in a most modern idiom and both the exterior facades and interiors incorporate loads of wood, glass and stone in their design.

The Chedi has a convenient location in Andermatt, enjoying peace and quiet and close proximity to the centre. The luxurious establishment lies less than 1km from the Gemsstockbahn Cable Car.
