A relative newcomer on the block this small hotel has punched above its weight. Very modish in its approach, it has gone for boutique aesthetic and pulled it off.
Wood is used throughout the Vetter Hotel in a very contemporary way and while lending a rustic feel to the property, you are in no doubt you are in the 21st century. Most appealing. The exterior is also a boldly styled piece of modernist architecure. Common areas include the really cosy and again stylish bar with views over the slopes.
Rooms and suites at the Vetter are comfortably furnished with wood panelling and fixtures. Cowhide rugs are in evidence and look right. Each room has a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with striking views.
The Vetter Hotel’s restaurant serves both regional and international dishes to a fine standard, enjoyed in the dining room with mountain views. Breakfast consists of a lavish buffet.
The hotel offers opportunities in horse riding, hiking, cycling and fishing. There are facilities for ski storage and guests enjoy access to a ski school.
