Located at 2,000m above sea level on an amazing part of the Otztal mountains, the Hotel Alpenfriede strikes a perfect balance between unrivalled skiing pleasure and pure relaxation, through its comfortable rooms and spa areas and its position on directly on the slopes.

The Hotel Alpenfriede enjoys a prime location for skiing, being situated on Hochsölden’s  ‘sun-terrace’ on the ?tztal slopes. Over 150km of pistes are on your doorstep at the 4-star Alpenfriede, including a world-cup run. Hochsölden links with the rest of Sölden’s impressive and high ski area.

The hotel is presented in traditional Tyrolean style. The lounge has an open fire and commands panoramic views across the mountains. A variety of rooms are on offer at the Alpenfriede, all of which have individual character and aesthetic, while retaining an alpine charm and comfortable furnishings.

Half board includes a cooked breakfast, evening meal and afternoon ski -snack. Themed dinner evenings are an optional extra. The restaurant is home to award winning chef Gerhard, as well as a fine selection of both local and international wines.

The Alpenfriede offers a wide range of spa facilities, such as a Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath and a plush relaxarea in which to unwind after a day on the slopes. This family run and family friendly hotel is also close to BOBO’s Kids’ Club, part of the local ski school.
