The Kohlerhaus offers very traditional and utterly charming Vorarlberg hospitality just outside Stuben. For the discerning alpine visitor this is a lovely B&B style small accommodation option and its immediate proximity to one of the world’s greatest ski areas – the Arlberg – makes it a real star.

For something completely different and original at the same time, the Kohlerhaus offers very traditional and utterly charming Vorarlberg hospitality. Small and cosy and finished in mountain rustic old wood, check curtains and bed linen with antique pieces of furniture: this all adds up to very comfortable and snug accommodation, just outside Stuben am Arlberg allowing easy access into the whole Arlberg ski area.

The dining come parlour room is pure old Arlberg and guests can enjoy a good breakfast here as well as relaxing after skiing. Also there is a fine wooden sauna and ski room with boot heaters.

The rooms are delightful maintaining the rustic charm of the hut but brightly finished with cheerful fabrics and tasteful old furniture. Private bathrooms and balconies complete the picture.

With private parking ( and valet parking) nearby guests will probably benefit from the use of a car to get out for dinner in the many restaurants quite near. All very simple, and the Kohlerhaus won’t be for everybody, but for the discerning alpine visitor this is a lovely accommodation option and its immediate proximity to one of the world’s greatest ski areas – the Arlberg –  means it is positioned almost perfectly for winter sports enthusiasts.
