Each of four apartments offers generous living space with an open design, and all apartments have a fully functional kitchen, a dining area, living room and a balcony.

Ferienhaus Rose wellness facilities include a sauna and a steam bath for relaxing after skiing and in summer guests can relax with a drink outdoors and enjoy splendid views from the Ferienhaus garden.

A free shuttle bus service takes guests to the main lift system at the top of the Hochtanberg pass, which is a 12-minute ride away, providing easy access to the Warth-Schroecken ski area now connected to the ski slopes at Lech by the new Audenfeldjet ski lift.
