Where it all began: the Arlberg Skiclub was founded here in 1901, firmly setting the seal on the sport of skiing in the Arlberg region. The original Hospiz, established in 1386, was a refuge for those making their way over the Arlberg pass, but nowadays, the Werner family’s Arlberg Hospiz (built on the site of the original refuge) and re-branded Arlberg 1800 Resort is a luxurious 5-star hotel situated directly opposite the St. Christoph ski lift. Forget shuttle buses, just cross the street and hop on the lift!

Spa & Wellness
The Hospiz Sport + Spa , covering an area of 2,000 m², is built on two floors and features a swimming pool, whirlpool, health bar, 400 m² fitness area, including an aerobic and yoga room, cosmetics salon, beauty packs, pool section, massage rooms, hairdresser, extensive sauna area and large chill-out area with an open fireplace. At the pool bar, you can have a variety of healthy drinks and small light hearted meals which you can enjoy in our ‘chill out’ lounge.
Natural materials such as marble and wood, spacious rooms and special enhanced lights give the place a special ambience one cannot refuse to feel. On the lower level there is possibility to cool off outside in the snow or replenish your energy in our large relaxing room. Childcare & Baby Sitting
Described as “a paradise for kids”, the Hospizerl Kids Club offers all-day child care for children from three years of age with a wide ranging programme of activities, indoors and outdoors, and more kids activities of an evening.
