Alte Post Exterior1 660 Originally a coaching Inn and long established as a 4-star deluxe hotel, the Hotel Alte Post is situated in a prime position on the main street running through the village and just a couple hundred meters from the Galzig and Rendl ski lifts. The uniquely designed rooms and suites are beautifully furnished in a traditional style and complete with seating area, en suite bath or shower room, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Some offer balconies as well.

The Alte Post serves traditional dishes and has won awards for their gastronomy which includes a large breakfast buffet all year round with a half-board option in the main restaurant and gourmet dining in the a la carte restaurant. Sadly, the once rustic bar with cosy open fire has now given way to a new arrangement.

Known for spa and wellness as well as the quality of service, the Alte Post has an extensive health centre including two indoor swimming pools, sauna, gym and Jacuzzi. Other beauty treatments including massages are also available.
