Berghotel Trübsee, located in the mountains above Engelberg, offers ski-to-door access. Guests can reach Engelberg with a 20 minute cable ride or ski down in a matter of minutes. The Berghotel has been elegantly styled in a contemporary way with stonewalls and light wooden décor, wel suited to its mountain position.

All rooms follow this design and come ensuite with a TV, seating area and great views of the Urner Alps.

The Berghotel Trübsee has two traditional restaurants: the Bitzistube and the Gemsstube. The hotel also features a self-service restaurant that’s open all day and serves a variety of hot and cold dishes. On top of this the Trübsee runs a bar that’s open till late and features a sun terrace.

The hotel also includes several facilities for children such as the playroom, snow park and cinema room equipped with deluxe beanbags and surround sound speakers. A sauna is also available for guests to use during the Winter that is open from 4pm to 8pm. The sauna is usually opened for guests on request outside these times.
