Getting to Schladming

Schladming is 90km (56 miles) from Salzburg and 260km (162 miles) from Munich.

Take the autobahn from Munich to Salzburg, then the Tauern autobahn. Exit at the Ennstal junction and take the B146 Ennstal highway.

From Salzburg, go south on the A-10 autobahn, exiting at junction 63 on route E-651/B-99.

From Munich airport take autobahns A-9, A-99 (bypass), A-8 and A-10 from Salzburg, and then exit on to the B-99.

Schladming’s railway station provides easy access to the area from Salzburg or Munich.

There’s a regular shuttle and bus transfer from Salzburg airport to Salzburg train station and by train from Salzburg to the resort takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.

A direct rail connection goes from Munich’s FJ Strauss Airport to the city. From there, trains take around 3-4 hours to the resort.
