Skischool Stuben am Arlberg
Stuben is a small village but it has a very well-respected ski school. Founded in 1924 by Friedrich Schneider, brother of the famous Hannes Schneider, the Schischule Stuben am Arlberg caters for all ability levels with a full range of ski and snowboard instruction including group or private lessons for every level. There are special classes for children and the Stuben ski school will take care of children from 9:30 till 15:30 giving parents a much-needed break. Arlberg Alpin Albona Ski School
The Albona Ski School teaches skiing playfully and practically, including video analysis and special training techniques. They provide ski school classes (subject to demand) and private instructors and will teach children as young as four. (You return by taxi or bus to Stuben, or go onto Sonnenkopf and explore the off-piste itineraries available there, including skiing off-the-back of the Glattingrat and down to Langen, before returning to Stuben by taxi.)
