As its name suggests the 4-star Alpinresort Hotel offers superb spa and sports leisure facilities and does so in a very comfortable package near the centre of Saalbach. The Schattberg Xpress lift is just a short walk away.

The hotel’s interior and rooms are appointed in relaxed contemporary country house tones. All rooms and suites are ensuite, have free Wi-Fi and Sky flatscreen TV as well as minibars.

An excellent and elegantly appointed contemporary restaurant , providing Austrian and international cuisine, is complemented by a bar, wine cellar, winter garden and terrace. Half-board and all-inclusive packages are offered.

The large spa and health facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, various saunas and steam baths, a couple of hot tubs and treatment rooms for massage and beauty. These are all standout.

The Alpinresort’s Snow Academy provides skischool and rental on site from kindergarten upwards and ski passes can be bought at the hotel’s reception. This is a good family choice hotel.
