Ski School Flumserberg, the official resort ski school operated by Bergbahnen Flumserberg, offers a broad range of ski lessons for all ages and abilities. Private lessons are also available.

SkiFun Ski School

SkiFun is a small independent ski school operating in Flumserberg and other resorts near Zurich, offering private and group lessons for all ages and levels, with a particular focus on adults and youth.

Ski-Fun’s instructors cover an unusually wide range of languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Polish, and Russian, making it a practical choice for non-German-speaking visitors. ISCZ — International Social Club Zurich

Also, for people living in the Zurich area, ISCZ organises ski school weekends at Flumserberg for club members, typically in January and March. The format is skiing ansd snowboarding in groups, covering a range of ages and abilities. ISCZ members benefit from a 20% discount on lift passes and a 10% discount on ski rental for those willing to join the club ahead of their trip.

Off-Piste Guiding in Flumserberg

For those wishing to explore Flumserberg’s off-piste terrain or the Terza ski route with a guide, private off-piste and freeride lessons can be booked through Ski School Flumserberg.

The Flumserberg Ski School also offers avalanche awareness and safety equipment training through the resort’s Avalanche Training Centre (located 500m below the Maschgenkamm mountain station), which provides free instruction on the correct use of transceiver, probe, and shovel — mandatory equipment for any off-piste excursion. Prior registration is recommended.

For ski touring to the Spitzmeilenhütte SAC and the wider Spitzmeilen massif, IFMGA-certified mountain guides can be arranged through the ski school or via specialist Swiss guiding companies.
